This is a dramatic 10 Minute Make-up tutorial. This can be worn on a day to day basis as well but it is important to use a subtle lipstick & blush shade.
Points to remember:
– Apply foundation after your eye make up . Why? Because if the eyeliner / eye shadow spreads , you might have to wipe the foundation and re-apply it.
– It is important to apply the primer before applying the foundation.
