I do not generally write such posts but i recently felt the need to post one. I received a few messages & emails from girls who felt that they were “Too” big to wear western clothes. I felt that i should be doing this post as i really wanted to help these girls out.
Here are some pointers talking about embracing your body type & self confidence :
– The world is full of negativity. You have the right to choose & to find the good things in this world filled with negative people.
-Being positive doesn’t mean being delusional. Balance is the key.
-Perfection is something that we all try to attain. But remember that you’re going to live your life once! Just once! It’s YOU who should decide on how to live it and not the other people who judge or bully you!
– Feel that you’re overweight? Hit the Gym! I need to workout too. But that doesn’t mean you cannot dress well .
-No matter what size you are , make sure you feel like a queen!
-People who love you will always say “Oh, you’re not Fat!” but it’s time that you learn to judge and analyse yourself.
– FAT is not healthy . It’s definitely not healthy ! But remember that there’s a difference between being “FAT” & being “Fuller & healthy”. People who are big can be healthy too.
-Calling every single person in this world “BEAUTIFUL” is delusional . Think about it!
-If you feel you have huge arms, do not wear sleeveless clothing . Work out and reduce your fat or cover it up.There are just two options!
-People who are bigger might have health issues that might make it tough for them to reduce weight. Do not just blame it on the food they eat!
-It’s all about Mind games ,just like our Indian politicians. Show what you have and hide what you don’t . Have beautiful legs? Show it off! Larger arms? Hide it!
-If you feel you are big, dress right! Dress according to your body shape.
-If you are planning to get a makeover, take it slow. It’s a step by step process.
-People will judge you anyway. So why dress shabbily? Dress like a diva & act like you are the queen!
-Everyone gets bullied once in a while. Remember that it makes you stronger and you’re a survivor!
