EGGLESS-BROWNIE

If you follow me on Instagram, you might know that i made brownies recently. They were soft, gooey & delicious! The best part is, it just took me about 20-25 minutes to make these babies.

(A huge thank you to my mother for helping me out with the recipe!)

What you will need:

All purpose Flour: 1 cup

Cocoa powder: 1/4th cup

Powdered sugar: 1 cup

Butter: 1/2 cup

Salt: 1/2 tsp

Baking powder: 2 tsp

Yogurt: 1/2 cup

Water: 3/4th cup (as required)

Chocolate chips : 3/4th cup (optional)

Vanilla extract : 1 tsp

How to go about it:

-Preheat microwave to 180 C

– Mix the flour, sugar & baking powder. Then, add melted butter, Vanilla extract, Yogurt & water to the mixture.

– Mix it until it looks like a paste. Add a pinch of salt.

– Grease the baking tray with little butter and sprinkle some flour on the sides. Pour the paste into the tray and slip it into the microwave.

– It shouldn’t take more than 20-25 minutes for the brownies to bake. Make sure to keep a check on it

(Toothpick test is your best bet!)

– Once that’s over, let the brownies cool down. Invert it slowly on a plate and there you do!

Brownie points: Spread some Nutella,  sprinkle choco chips or rainbow sprinkles on the brownies and serve it with ice cream.
