How is your Cut the crap challenge going so far?

Like normal beings, we all crave for something crispy/ salty on a day to day basis. Usually we munch on a bag of potato chips, don’t we? As we pledged a few days ago to cut the crap (no oily food), here’s an alternative to your daily dose of junk. Well..it does look green & not that appetizing but you will thank me later!

Around 47-50 calories for a Large sized bowl full of Spinach chips. Not bad eh?

You will need:

Fresh spinach leaves ( I got it from my garden)

Olive oil

Mixed herbs/Italian seasoning

Chilli flakes/chilli powder (Optional)

How to go about it:

-Preheat your microwave at 300 C

– In the meantime, drench the leaves in olive oil, Mixed herbs & chilli powder. Make sure that you mix it well.

– Place the leaves separately on a tray .

– Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes. Keep a check on them!

Quick tip : Spinach chips are best for immediate consumption or they get soggy.
