First things first, Where have i been? Almost 2 weeks back, i was down with a really bad Flu. A naughty virus has been attacking almost everyone i know & this is mainly due to the weather change. I didn’t get much time to recover after the flu & had to get back to work. I felt quite weak because of the post-flu effects. When your body gives up on you, you can’t really do much. All you could do is think positively. Anyway, now i feel so much refreshed and i am back in action.
At times, PR professionals ask me why i don’t attend as many Blogger/Fashion events. I have been Blogging since 5 years & i don’t attend all events. It’s not because i am anti-social. It’s mainly because i am very picky. I promote/associate only with the brands i believe in or products i would personally use. Like i mentioned in one of my posts, it’s always been Quality > Quantity for me. You have got 12 working hours per day and you can choose what to do with it. Either you use it productively or force yourself to attend an event you’re not really interested in. Also, it’s important to inform the event organizer well in advance if you can’t attend (i.e if they have sent you a personal invite!) the event because think about the amount of effort they put into organizing it. Call it OCD or whatever you would like, i am very choosy with everything i do & it has it’s own advantages / disadvantages. On one side, you know what you want & you do it your way and on the other side, there are chances of missing out on things. However, i have believed that if you follow your heart brain, things will fall in place.
Now, let’s get back to the outfit! Lace dress is my good old friend & nothing makes it prettier when paired with white roses. Nude heels elongate your legs. I didn’t add any more accessories because the bright red lips was more than enough to finish this look.
