Recently we visited Jaipur gems with LoveGold to check their brand new collection. One of my favourite parts about working with LoveGold is that I get to try some of the most magnificent Indian jewellery with breathtaking craftsmanship. At times, we fail to acknowledge the amount of work that goes into each piece.
When we first had a look at the jewellery (Especially the earrings), it felt like I was back in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We came across a vintage cuff that looked like a mini-temple by itself with gorgeous carvings in & around the cuff.
As someone who was born & brought up in India, gold has been an integral part of my life. My mother loves stacking up on gold bangles & chandelier earrings during weddings. While I have always loved dainty jewellery, some of the pieces I adored at the Jaipur gems store were surprisingly out of my comfort zone.
I wore a red lace dress which looked strikingly gorgeous when paired with gold jewellery. There’s something about red that makes you look more vibrant than ever. It also boosts your confidence as it’s such an energetic & powerful colour.
At the store, We spotted a purse made of gold which looked stunning. By looking at the pieces, it was quite obvious that they had given a lot of attention to detail. Every inch of the design was perfectly sculpted.
