I am not the best cook ever but your girl can make some really good Teas. I have the habit of naming my “Teas” as it’s easier to distinguish between them. Hence, I call this Tea – “The Immunity Booster Tea ”

 

Benefits of this Tea:

1 .As the name suggests, it helps to boosts the immune system. If you want to prevent cold/cough/ flu, this is it for you.

2. Aids in Digestion

3. Helps prevent Weight gain

4. Improves blood circulation

 

 

To make this Tea, all you need is 3 ingredients:

1. Clove
2. Cardomom
3. Cinnamon

How to make it:

1. Take 5-6 pieces of clove, 3 cardomom pieces and 1-2 cinnamon sticks

2. Add water to your kettle or a vessel. Boil it for a good 3-4 minutes.

3. Serve hot

You can use the leftover ingredients 2 or 3 times within a span of 2 days. Just add extra water and boil it. Note that the water will change colour and might turn brown-ish.

 

When can you drink it?

Anytime, but I usually drink this tea right before bed (1 hour after dinner)
