Remember the last time i  had made a cooking post on giasaysthat.com?(Here)I am not a person who cooks that often but i adore the concept of cooking and of course i am quite a foodie!Cupcakes always make my day!Decorating them makes me feel like i am painting or creating something unique,something that defines me.You can also decorate your cupcakes using fondant which makes them look prettier.I love colours and this is one way in which  i try incorporating colours in my life-BY EATING CUPCAKES!(Sounds good right?) hahaha!So recently i decided to make eggless cupcakes.I will list the ingredients needed for the same below.
Ingredients needed:
flour:150gms
Melted Butter:50ml
Vanilla essence:1tsp
Condensed milk:200gms
Baking powder:1tsp
Baking soda:1/2 tsp
-After mixing baking powder and Baking soda with the flour,sieve it.
-Mix melted butter,Vanilla essence,condensed milk with all the ingredients .If it’s too thick,try adding some milk to the mixture.
-Pre-heat the oven at 200 degree c for 10 mins.Then arrange the mixture on your tray or silicon cups and keep in the oven for about 15mins at 200 degree c.
How to make the cream?
-Mix icing sugar with butter and add some vanilla essence to it and also add some colour.Mix it thoroughly and make sure there are no lumps left.
-Before you decorate your cupcakes,make sure they have cooled down.
-Fill your piping bag with the cream and use any nozzle (depends on the design/pattern) you want.
-Before you decorate your cupcakes,first try applying the cream on a plain surface/plate to test .
-Decorate your cupcakes and try adding colourful sprinkles in different shapes
-Keep them in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hrs after you’re done decorating them.
-Remove them from the refrigerator ,place them on a plate,stare at them for a while and PUT THEM IN YOUR MOUTH!
