Last week was quite a roller coaster ride as i was ill. Guess what was it all about? Stress. The doctor advised me to take less stress as my tests showed that my stress levels were very high. In a busy world that we live in, we often tend to ignore signals that our body constantly tries to show us. We assume that we’re machines solely meant to work & not do anything else at all. Little did know that stress can pause my life for a week.  I contemplated about everything i was doing and decided to take it slow.

Things i have started doing:

  • Go off to sleep by 11.30 PM
  • Drink lots of Water
  • Eat more Fruits & Vegetables
  • Stop working after 7.00 PM (This is very difficult as i am workaholic but i am trying my best to do it!)
