It’s been a hectic two weeks for me. Yes, i was in Goa yet again. However, i did end up working from there as well. Workaholic much? I am glad that i do what i love though because a 9 to 5 job isn’t my cup of tea! When you’re a full-time blogger, you’re on your own. There are no limitations. At times, people assume that full-time bloggers get a lot of free time. It’s actually the complete opposite of that. We don’t have anything called as ‘Weekends’ as we end up working on Sundays as well. However, considering i enjoy what i do, it’s less of a burden and more of a way to portray my creativity. My passion for blogging drives me to work hard every single day. Scouting for new locations to shoot, creating mood boards & directing the shoot is what i truly enjoy doing. This shoot was an impromptu one as i spotted a fun & quirky wall on the way and we decided to shoot against it. Isn’t it amazing how there’s beauty everywhere? All we need to do is look around & appreciate it!
I was never someone who would wear a watch until a few years ago when i got my favourite Rose gold coloured ALDO watch. Later, i purchased another one by MARC JACOBS this year. Personally, watches are one of the most important accessories one could wear. You can pair your watch with bracelets or even bangles. However, if a watch by itself makes a statement, that’s all you need!
The other day i wore Zebrawood & Turquoise watch from the Cora series by JORD and my friend immediately pointed out on how amazing it looked! It’s the first watch that caught my eye when i visited JORD Wood Watches. Dan, from their team sent over two classic watches, the other being the Dark Sandalwood one from their Fieldcrest series for Men. I have mentioned this a number of times earlier that i prefer Men’s watches over women’s as the dial is bigger and it looks better! I was quite impressed by the packaging as well. The intricate design on the box definitely made a huge difference! JORD watches are made using hardwoods sourced from around the world.
