Sports bras come in different shapes, designs and sizes. However, the cute designs are only limited to a certain size. Women with bigger busts are mostly forced to resort to plain boring designs or order from international websites that actually cater to all sizes.

Good sports bras for high intensity workouts is a completely different story altogether. These bras cater to only women with smaller busts.

Being someone who wears a size 34 E or sometimes a size 36 D, I have faced my share of problems finding sports bras that provide ample amount of support yet still look cute.

I had asked you guys on Instagram stories http://bit.ly/2DEhOZZ  to mention your favourite sports bras for heavy busted women and this is what you shared:

@giasaysthat: Some of my favourite sports bras have to be by Marks and Spencer and Zivame.  M&S has a range of designs dedicated to high intensity workouts and they provide ample amount of support.

Zivame has a number of good sports bras catering to women with larger cup size as well. However, their designs lately have been quite limited.

I asked you’ll for your personal preferences and the reason, why you preferred it.

There were some unexpected brand names mentioned and recommended, which I’ve listed in the end.

Okay, so the highest amount of votes went to Jockey, followed by Nike, Zivame and then Marks and Spencer and this is what some of you had to say:

Jockey:

@Sandhyamadhu– “They have ones with broad straps, padded ones with under bust broad band which gives very good support even for a high intensity workout.”

@jinal_294 “They provide good support at the same time they are quite comfortable to wear during workouts.”

@saumyasinghshrinet “They give ample support while not being too suffocating because I feel most of the bras in my size are too tight and don’t provide breathing space as well as movement to the wearer. They’re soft and comfortable too.”

@pamich16 “Gives great support for intense workout session.”

@benaaz_blackbluesilver “I love my Jockey sports bras because they are very comfortable, light weight, easily available and friendly on the pocket.”

Nike:

@Shorthairloudmouth “They are supportive and comfortable for workout.”

@Kritika__narula “They fit perfectly and do not get loose and maintains the elasticity for a long time.”

@surabhivirnave26 “It’s the very first I purchased and is extremely comfy.”

Zivame:

@ashu_b_07 “They keep my bust firm while working and I can confidently workout with hesitation.”

@poutandpepper “Seamless, light, true to its size & fit!”

@Jhapooja33 “This bra provides excellent support especially with exercises like running and jumping. There is zero spillage or any weird shape formations, keeping everything in place with exercises like push-ups or planks. I have tried several brands before, had the best experience with this one. Especially recommend this for girls with heavier busts.”

Marks & Spencer:

@_anythingbutbeautiful_ “Good quality & high impact sport bras available! Though it’s expensive, it’s totally worth.”

@Meheshi “They are comfortable and have my size available, which is very difficult to find in other brands.”

@Shitika04– “My bust stick to its shape, doesn’t matter if I jump, roll and do anything.”

The unexpected brands were: Adidas, Decathlon and Enamor.

Adidas:

@this_is_drishtinegi “It is comfortable and provides ample amount of support.”

@Prakriti_8 “It just knows how to fit perfectly.”

Decathlon:

@Ruchikathap “Perfect fit and support.”

Sneha– “It gives very good support.”

Enamor:

@Ekta_sachdeva “Because of the comfort and size.”

@07mehuljain “It has broad band which supports the side breasts.”

With your recommendations, I’ll surely try and experiment the brands that most of you prefer and I hope this article helps you too, to find sports bra brand that’s a perfect fit for you.
