Do you dream of waking up with perfect skin? Then sneak into some beauty treatments at night, while getting your much needed sleep and waking up looking fresh and amazing.

Yeah! We all have problem sleeping early at nights, as there are so many things to do like checking our Facebook page over and over again, WhatsApping our friends goodnight, sometimes checking new apps or just simply watching the screen while waiting for someone to reply. In the midst of all these we have few minutes here and there, use them to create a bed time routine for your beauty sleep. It will not only signal your mind to sleep early but also give you best skin while you are buzzing off.

1.  Follow the rule

Well everyone knows this, you also know this but surely you’re not following it (if you’re following it then you can go directly to next step). The awesome threesome “CTM” cleansing, toning and moisturising are must do task for your skin at night.

2.  Repair split ends

Nourish & rejuvenate your scalp and hair strands at night time, as it gives lot of undisturbed time to the products applied to settle in and work their magic. Best way is to apply hair mask or give yourself hot oil treatment at night and wash it off in the morning.

3.  Get wrinkle free

Get fresh smooth and firmer skin by applying rich night cream or anti-wrinkle serum at night time. Also try sleeping on satin pillows rather than cotton pillows, if you don’t like those soft pillows you can just change the covers of your pillows to satin, it will not only make you feel comfortable but will also reduce facial lines and creases.

4.  Heels & Toes

Want those soft and pink legs which you see in crack heel ads? Here is the simple fix, slather on generous amount of Vaseline on your heels & toes, covering it with old pair of cotton socks before hitting the bed. Thus you will wake up with softer feet than before. If you do this regularly soon you will be the one starring in one of those ads.

5.  Beauty sleep

A wonderful sleep can wake you up fresh and happy. For that you need to include few habits like   1. The right sleeping position – avoid to sleep on your palms or hand on your head as it induces pressure on facial skin which leads to wrinkle formation, 2. A quiet gadget free environment- many frequency can harm your sleep and 3. A calm mind – While you reach your bed just sit quiet and deep breathe for few seconds and think of things you are grateful for.

6.  Treat your hands

We tend to wash our hands many times a day, which takes off its moisture. So to keep them hydrating all day long moisturize with hand butter at nights and if they are very rough apply thick layer of hand butter and cover it with cotton gloves to give softest hand. Similarly you can do for nail cuticles.

7.  Lustful lashes

Want those Va-Va-Voom Lashes? Then give your flutters some healthy moisturising by using castor oil, applying it with cleaned Q-tip and keeping it all night long. Within few days it will give you long long lashes!

8.  Whiten your teeth

Brush your pearly whites with baking- soda before going to bed, leave it on for few min and then rinse thoroughly. As we will not have anything at a stretch for around 8 hrs. it will leave ample of time for the acid in baking soda to work on our teeth properly to give us whitened teeth in morning. Ensure you use this only once a week.

9.  De- puff your eyes

Don’t want that tired and puffy eyes every morning? Apply good quality eye-cream packed with vitamin-E & A, what’s new in that? Well here is the main tip – to freeze it and then apply it. So the cooling effect will keep those under eye bags away and vitamins will keep it fresh and healthy.

10. No heat treatment waves

Perfect waves in your hair are just a night away. All you need to do is apply some good leave-in-conditioner on damp hair, now section your hair into four or more parts (depends on how many waves you want) and then braid or twist them into buns sealing with hair pins in such a way that you can sleep without any friction. Next morning open up the buns and there falls down beautiful waves just brush them with your hands and you are done!
