- Does your make-up remover de-hydrate your skin? Dab your cotton ball with coconut oil and use it to wipe off the make-up.
- To protect your things made of iron from rust, coat it with coconut oil.
- If you have light eyebrows, dip a cotton swab in coconut oil and softly apply it on your eyebrows twice a day, to boost the growth.
- Coconut oil works well if you facing an itchy or irritated skin due to a mosquito bite or sunburn.
- Daily use of too much eye make-up can make your under eye skin look dull. After removing your make-up massage a small amount of coconut oil on under eye skin and lashes.
- If you have low immunity, replace your regular cooking oil with coconut oil to feel healthier.
- To cure cracked heels; wash your feet, dry it completely, and then massage your feet with a generous amount of coconut oil. Don’t forget to wear an old pair of socks; otherwise you might slip due to all the oil. Leave it on at least for a few hours.
- Does the nail polish remover leave a bad stain and smell on your nails? The nail polish remover also takes away all the nourishment. To make your nails healthy again apply coconut oil over them with a cotton ball and leave it for a day.
- If you don’t like to spend too much on body scrubs, you can easily make some. Take equal parts of salt and sugar in a bowl and mix it with coconut oil till it forms a thick scrub. That’s it; you are done making your very own body scrub.
- Does it hurt when you are about to wear a nose ring or a heavy earring? Apply a thin coat on your ears/nose as well as on the jewelry which you are about to wear. Voila! It’ll hurt a lot less.
